Buckeye Health Plan (Buckeye) is a care coordination plan contracted with the Ohio Department of Medicaid to serve Medicaid and other government services program members.Buckeye has developed the expertise to work with Medicaid members to improve their health status and quality of life. Their number one priority is the promotion of healthylifestyles through preventive healthcare. Buckeye works to accomplish this goal by partnering with the primary care providers (PCPs) who oversee the healthcare of Buckeye members.
