Tiffany Haddad-Azzi, PharmD, RPh, serves as the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy Operations at Buckeye Health Plan since February 2022. Prior to this role, Tiffany held various positions at RITE AID from November 2011 to February 2022, including Regional Pharmacy Leader, District Leader, and Pharmacy Manager, as well as starting as a Pharmacy Intern. Tiffany earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from The University of Toledo between 2009 and 2016.
