Vera Cabell

Vera Cabell is an experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and clinical management. Currently serving as a Utilization Review Nurse at Buckeye Health Plan since July 2018 and as a Clinical Review Clinician at Molina Health Care since July 2016, Vera has extensive expertise in case management, utilization management, and medical management for health plan organizations. Previous roles include RN Case Manager at Quantum Health, RN BSN Case Manager at Cleveland Clinic, and various nursing positions at The Ohio State University and Mount Carmel Health System. In addition to practical nursing experience, Vera has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Columbus State Community College and Columbus Practical School of Nursing, providing clinical instruction to nursing students. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from Franklin University, along with an Associate's degree in Nursing from Columbus State.
