D.E. Lawrence has extensive work experience as a co-founder in various healthcare and home care-related organizations. In 2006, they co-founded Buckeye Home Health Care, a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency. In 2009, they co-founded Buckeye Senior Care, providing non-medical services to the geriatric community. Additionally, in 2010, they co-founded JEDT Properties. In 2015, they co-founded Residence Home Health Care, a Medicare Certified Home Health Agency, and Buckeye Monitoring Systems, providing in-home emergency response systems. In 2016, they co-founded The LTM Group, a growing network of high-performing home health agencies throughout Ohio. In the same year, they also co-founded Buckeye Home Health Care of Cincinnati. Finally, in 2019, they co-founded Scarlet Home Health Care, another Medicare Certified Home Health Agency, and Scarlet Senior Care, providing non-medical services for the elderly. They also have experience as a co-founder at Metal Sky Wear, starting in 2012.
D.E. Lawrence pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Cincinnati, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended Wright State University from 1990 to 1992, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Additionally, Lawrence pursued a Psychology field of study at Miami University from 1986 to 1989, although they did not obtain a degree from this institution. Subsequent to their education, Lawrence obtained certification as a Physical Therapist from the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers Board in August 1998.
