Doug Koskie

Doug Koskie has a diverse and extensive work experience. Doug started their career in 1988 as a Project Manager at Amoco Pipeline Company, where they completed pipeline projects in the Gulf Coast and Cushing Operating areas. Doug then worked as a Field Supervisor at WYCO (Amoco) Pipeline Company before returning to Amoco Pipeline Company as an Operations and Scheduling Coordinator for the Whiting Refinery and later as an Oil Movements Coordinator in the Southwest Region.

In 1996, Doug joined Amoco Supply & Logistics as a Refinery and Logistics Crude Supply Coordinator before moving to BP Integrated Supply & Trading in 1998 as a Negotiations Representative/Trader. At BP, they managed a portfolio of crude oil contracts and supervised the handling of pipeline logistics, lease marketing, and lease/contract accounting.

From 2001 to 2010, Doug worked at Tesoro Refining and Marketing Co, where they held various roles such as Mid-Continent Supply Manager, Manager of North America Crude Supply, General Manager of North American Crude Supply, and VP of Crude Oil Trading. In these positions, they managed crude oil supply and trading activities, negotiated contracts, and oversaw trading books.

After Tesoro, Doug joined Noble Americas Corp in 2014 as a Senior Energy Trader, responsible for trading crude oil. In 2018, they became the Managing Director at Americas Lord Energy Inc. Doug recently transitioned to Buckeye Partners, where they serve as the Vice President of Commercial Development, overseeing the development of commercial strategies.

Throughout their career, Doug has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in crude oil trading, supply management, and commercial development.

Doug Koskie earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado State University in 1988. Later, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Business at the University of Colorado from 1998 to 1999. In 1984 and 1985, they also attended Oklahoma State University, studying Architecture.
