Doug Rolando

Doug Rolando possesses extensive experience in project controls and management within the pipeline industry. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Project Controls at Buckeye Partners since April 2012, Doug has previously held positions as Pipeline Project Manager and Project Office Engineer at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Project Standards Engineer at El Paso from August 2008 to April 2012. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, earned between 2004 and 2008.
