Early career experience includes working as a Systems Engineer at Toptech Systems, where Luis contributed to the development of various Terminal Management Systems. Luis holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix and an Associate's degree in Computer Networking and Security Technology from Herzing College.
