Paul Bissaillon

Paul Bissaillon is a Senior Manager of Emergency Preparedness at Buckeye Partners, a position held since September 2016. Prior to this role, Paul served as the Deputy Director at The Response Group from July 2006 to September 2016, where responsibilities included developing and maintaining curriculum for NIMS Incident Command System training and HAZWOPER. Paul has led training teams and provided instruction on NIMS and IMS versions of the ICS to major global energy companies, emphasizing continuous training for emergency response teams and their regulators.
