Robin Blackwell

Robin Blackwell is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Director of Accounting Policy and Research at Buckeye Partners since September 2020, after previously holding the position of Senior Manager in the same area. Prior to this role, Robin Blackwell worked at EY from September 2007 to September 2020 as a Senior Manager in Professional Practice. Robin Blackwell also gained valuable experience as a Legislative Aide for the US Senate Judiciary Committee from 2003 to 2006. Academically, Robin Blackwell holds a Master in Professional Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
