Sigourney Portner

Sigourney Portner is a skilled professional with extensive experience in pipeline system operations and control. Currently serving as a Senior Measurement and Quality Control Specialist at Buckeye Partners since October 2014, Portner is responsible for monitoring and controlling pipeline operations through SCADA software, ensuring the timely delivery and quality of petroleum products, analyzing leak detection systems, and preparing daily inventory reports.
