Conrado Martin

Conrado "CJ" Martin, MSW, is a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at The Buckeye Ranch, where responsibilities include co-chairing the diversity, equity, and inclusion council to address cultural barriers and enhance community engagement. Previous roles include Talent Acquisition Partner and School and Community Based Clinician at the National Youth Advocate Program, where expertise in individual and family therapy was developed. Conrado also has experience as a Family Case Manager, Clinical Social Work Intern, and served in the U.S. Army and Army National Guard as a Transportation Operator. Currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work at Walden University, Conrado holds a Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University, where a strong foundation in child and youth services was established.
