Tjay Spencer

Tjay joined The Buckeye Ranch in 2007 as a team member of Permanent Family Solutions Network (PFSN) where he served as the Utilization Manager prior to joining the Quality Improvement team in 2016. He is responsible for ensuring The Buckeye Ranch’s compliance to all state licensing standards, maintaining The Buckeye Ranch’s accreditation and Performance and Quality Improvement initiatives. He also serves as the HIPAA Privacy Officer. Tjay holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Franklin University, earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Cross Disciplinary Studies, focusing on Psychology and Criminal Justice, from Ohio Dominican University and has completed a certificate in Human Services Management from Ohio State University.
