VP Of Cultivation at Buckeye Relief

Matthew Kispert has extensive work experience in the field of horticulture and greenhouse management. Matthew began their career as a research assistant, conducting trials and experiments with heirloom dry beans. Matthew then worked as a teachers assistant, assisting students both inside and outside the classroom. Kispert later became a greenhouse manager, overseeing daily plant scheduling, production, and developing targeted IPM programs. Matthew also worked as a horticulturist and greenhouse manager for CROPKING, INC., where they supported greenhouse sales and customers with hydroponic plant production questions. Currently, Kispert holds the position of VP of Cultivation at Buckeye Relief, where they utilize their expertise in horticulture and cultivation management.

Matthew Kispert pursued their education at the University of Minnesota from 2012 to 2014, where they obtained a Master of Professional Studies degree in Applied Horticulture/Horticulture Operations, General. Prior to that, they attended Northern Illinois University from 2007 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences with a focus on Plant Sciences. Matthew also completed a minor in Chemistry during their time at Northern Illinois University.
