Scot Colgrove

As an Onboarding & Integration Advisor, Scot helps newly acquired offices and teams transition into Buckingham as smoothly as possible. He and his team lead training on new systems, processes and the firm to help new teams acclimate to Buckingham. He serves as an advocate for the joining firms whenever needed. His goal is to make the transition as anxiety free as he can for them.

Scot enjoys helping people and breaking down complex issues to simpler, more easily understood concepts. This is a helpful quality when engaging with new associates onboarding at the firm, as well as when serving the clients he maintains as a wealth advisor.
