Paul Chubick

Paul Chubick, Founder of Buckingham Property Management. He had over 35 years of Property Management experience operating all types of rental apartments. Paul earned his professional designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) over 30 years ago. Mr. Chubick was an accredited instructor for several of IREM's Courses and has taught property management at Fresno City College. He had been active in various professional organizations including IREM, California Apartment Association, and California Council for Affordable Housing, and was a member of the National Faculty for the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds the HCCP designation from the National Home Builders.
