Matthew Borghard serves as a Board Member for the Arts Council of Lake Oswego since April 2023 and holds the position of Associate Attorney at Buckley Law P.C. since February 2022. Previously, Matthew worked as an Associate Attorney at WarrenAllen LLP and as a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Judge Morgan Wren Long at Multnomah County Circuit Court. Matthew's legal experience includes internships and clerkships at various esteemed organizations, such as the U.S. District Court and the United States Attorney's Office. Matthew earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Oregon School of Law and also studied at George Mason University School of Law. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Government from William & Mary and has a background in Politics, Government, and International Relations from The Catholic University of America.
