Alix Merkley

Alix Merkley ’75 is one of our founder Isabelle Buckley’s five grandchildren; her mother, also Isabelle, was one of Isabelle Buckley’s four children. Alix attended Buckley on the Stansbury campus during elementary school and graduated from the Dominican University of California. A former school teacher, Alix currently resides in Napa where she works as an interior designer and, with her husband, owns Shackford’s Kitchen Store. She joined the board in 2016.
