Currently serving as Office Manager at Jp Mascaro since March 2023, Rainier also brings extensive experience from over a decade in sales at Buckman's Ski & Snowboard Shops, where responsibilities include selling snowboards, apparel, and accessories. Previous roles include Sr. IT Recruiter at Tech USA, Information Technology Recruitment Consultant at Mason Frank International, and marketing positions at James Madison University and IDR, Inc. while also gaining sports industry experience as a Game Day Operations Intern with the Harrisburg Senators. Rainier holds a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business from James Madison University and completed high school at Archbishop John Carroll High School.
