George Hartsfield

George Hartsfield currently serves as the FAYS Program Manager at Buckner International, where responsibilities include guiding a dedicated team focused on family support and youth resilience, as well as ensuring compliance with contract terms and budget management. Previously, George held the position of Executive Director at Boys' Haven of America, Inc., providing leadership for an organization that delivers trauma-informed care to young men in the foster care system. George also served in various roles at Buckner International from 1996 to 2016, including Executive Director, Program Manager for the STAR Program, and Case Manager. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Counseling and Development from Lamar University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Stephen F. Austin State University.
