Kandyce Ormes-Ripley, EdD, has a diverse work experience. Kandyce began their career at United States Steel Corporation in 2006, where they worked as a Supply Chain Analyst, Capital Projects Coordinator, and Appropriations and Cost Control Analyst. Their responsibilities involved managing budgets, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards.

In 2010, Kandyce joined Buckner International. Kandyce held several positions, including Manager of Organizational Effectiveness, Manager of Performance, Manager of Quality and Performance, Director of Program Design, Senior Director of Program Development & Design, and currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Data Analysis and Strategy. In these roles, they provided leadership, managed budgets, conducted data analysis, and oversaw program development and implementation.

Kandyce Ormes-Ripley, EdD, has a diverse educational background spanning various fields. Their education history begins in 2002 when they studied Psychology at Baylor University. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Relations at East Texas Baptist University from 2003 to 2005.

In 2009, Kandyce went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management and Leadership at LeTourneau University, completing their studies in 2011. Building upon their business education, they enrolled in further professional development programs. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Quality: Lean Six Sigma as a Certified Green Belt from Purdue University. Additionally, in 2015, they acquired a certification in Lean Principles from the same institution.

Continuing their professional development, Kandyce completed a Certified Project Management for Development Professionals program, experiencing both Level 1 and Level 2 courses offered by Inside NGO in 2015. In that same year, they further enhanced their expertise in Lean Six Sigma by achieving a Certified Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma from Purdue University.

Currently, Kandyce is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from Baylor University, with an expected completion date set for 2023. This comprehensive education history demonstrates their commitment to continual learning and development across various domains of study.
