Nicole Locker

Nicole Locker, MSP, LCPAA, currently serves as the Regional Director of Buckner Children and Family Services, overseeing operations in Amarillo, Lubbock, and Midland since March 2023. Prior to this role, Nicole was the Director of Placement, Provider Relations, Transportation, and Clinical Utilization at Saint Francis Ministries, where program development for foster care services took place across 41 counties in Texas from September 2019 to March 2023. With extensive experience at the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services from 2008 to 2019, Nicole held various positions including Contract Administration Manager, Supervisor of Centralized Placement Unit, and Case Manager. Earlier in their career, Nicole worked at DePelchin Children's Center as a licensed foster parent and at United Supermarkets in customer service. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas Tech University, a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from South Plains College.
