Colin Moynihan

Colin Moynihan serves as Chairman for both Acteon Group and Amey, with additional responsibilities as Senior Advisor at InSport Education, where insights on sports policy are provided to universities and businesses. Moynihan co-founded BUCKTHORN PARTNERS LIMITED, contributing as Chairman of the Board and Partner since 2015. Previous positions include Chairman of Hydrodec Group plc, where operations were focused on the re-refining of transformer oil, and non-executive roles at Rowan Companies, overseeing health, safety, and environmental matters. As Chairman of the British Olympic Association, Moynihan led the organization during the 2008 Beijing and 2012 London Olympic Games and held various influential roles within the International Olympic Committee. Their earlier career features executive positions in renewable energy and gas production sectors, along with a strong academic background with a Master's degree from University College, Oxford.
