Previous roles at Buddha to Buddha include Director of Marketing & Digital and Marketing Manager, where responsibilities encompassed the implementation of marketing strategies, budget management, and team leadership. Iris co-owned Qase, a creative communication and design agency, and worked as a Project Manager at Power-S, executing various digital projects. Iris also held a board member position at Wim van Doorne Muziekkiosk, contributing to the website's establishment and maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Economics from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and prior studies at Summa.
