Stuart Campfield worked as the Business Development Director at Buddi from May 2012 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Detective Inspector at Hertfordshire Constabulary from May 1982 to May 2012.

Stuart Campfield obtained their MA by Research degree in Prompting Desistance in Prolific Offenders from the University of Hertfordshire during the years 2009-2011.
