Simon Brown

Simon Brown has a diverse and extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Starting in 2008, they worked as the Head Chef at La Vallee Blanche until 2011. From 2012 to 2013, Simon was the Chef De Cuisine at Restaurant Cotton. Simon then moved on to Seafood R'evolution, where they held various positions including Sous Chef from 2014 to 2015, Executive Sous Chef from 2015 to 2017, and Chef De Cuisine from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Simon joined Blake Street House as the Executive Chef until 2021. Currently, they serve as the Chief of Staff at Buddy Pegs Learn To Ride.

Simon Brown attended Monfieth High School from 1998 to 2001. Simon did not obtain a degree or pursue a specific field of study during this time. Following high school, Simon went on to attend Dundee and Angus College from 2001 to 2003. At Dundee and Angus College, they obtained a degree in Professional Cookery, specializing in Professional Cookery and Culinary Arts.
