Graham Hoffman

Graham Hoffman is the current Customer Success & Support Manager at BuddyBoss. Prior to this, they were an Operations Support Engineer at Optivo from May 2020 to March 2021. Graham also worked as an IT Systems Support at Food and Drink Federation from August 2011 to May 2020 where they were responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT systems, including desktops, servers, network infrastructure, telephony, and mobile devices. Graham also took charge of the IT Helpdesk, user documentation, and video-conferencing/webinar events. Graham Hoffman also worked as an IT Technician at Chigwell School from July 2008 to August 2011. Prior to that, they were a Customer Support Administrator at The New World Assembly from July 2006 to February 2008.

Graham Hoffman studied computer games technology at the University of East London, and later attended Furtherwick Park School.
