Joe Dominiak

Joe Dominiak has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the food industry. Joe is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Buddy's Pizza. Prior to that, they served as the President/COO at ARC Group Inc from 2019 to 2023. Joe also held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Buffalo Wings & Rings from 2018 to 2019. Before that, they were the Executive Vice President/Managing Partner at Skyline Chili from 2011 to 2018. Joe Dominiak's earlier roles include being a Trail Leader at Camp Bow Wow Corp from 2010 to 2011, and COO at MRG Restaurants from 2006 to 2010. Joe started their career at Taco Bell and worked there as a CHAMPS Brand Leader Restaurant Excellence from 1996 to 2006.

Joe Dominiak has an Associate of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Hilbert College. Joe is currently pursuing a degree at Columbia University and is expected to graduate in 2022. Additionally, Joe has completed a certification in Value Investing: Making Intelligent Investment Decisions from Columbia University. Joe also holds a certification in CBE from The ExecRanks. Joe has also participated in executive education programs at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
