Sara Rarís Miralles

Sara Rarís Miralles has worked in various roles in the fields of computer vision and machine learning since 2016. In 2021, they were the Computer Vision Lead and Computer Vision Engineer at Buddywise. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Computer Vision Engineer at MOTOR AI. In 2019, they were a Computer Vision and Machine Learning Intern at Solarvibes, where they built a healthy recommendation system based on crop images. From 2018 to 2019, they were an Assistant Research at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they worked on a project to tackle the problem of high availability video analysis. From 2017 to 2018, they were a Consultor at Nae, where they implemented a classification system using VBA macros in Excel and presented information in a visual way. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Departamento I+D+i Anestalia at Centro Médico Teknon - Grupo Quirónsalud, where they researched and evaluated algorithms to target a medical problem and implemented and evaluated several segmentation algorithms in MATLAB.

Sara Rarís Miralles completed their Grado en Ingeniería at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2012 to 2016. Sara then participated in an Erasmus Exchange at the University of Limerick in 2016, studying Marketing. In 2017, they earned an MSc degree in Computer Science Engineering from Pázmány Péter Katolikus Egyetem, specializing in IPCV (Computer Vision). In 2018, they completed a Master's Degree in ICT Research and Innovation (i2-ICT) from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, with a specialization in IPCV (Computer Vision). Finally, they earned a Master degree in Computer Science from the Université de Bordeaux in 2019.
