Pascal Fredette has a diverse work experience, having held positions in a variety of industries. In 2018, they began their role as Director of Product/Portfolio at Budge Studios, where they managed and mentored a team of Product Analysts. Additionally, they held the role of Product Manager, building business cases, defining product roadmaps, and prioritizing features in several apps. Finally, in 2003, they held the role of Procurement Assistant Hydro-Cablo at Bell Canada.

Pascal Fredette completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management, concentration in Marketing from Université de Sherbrooke between 2006 and 2009. Pascal then went on to pursue a Master of Science (M. Sc.) in Administrative Studies, concentration in Electronic Commerce from the same university between 2009 and 2010. Prior to that, they had obtained a Computer Science Technology (DEC) – Administrative Data Processing degree from Cégep de Sherbrooke between 2003 and 2006.
