Ian Curran

Ian Curran is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Head of Customer Operations at Budget Energy NI since January 2021. Prior roles include Interim Head of Operations and Programme Manager at Budget Energy, where significant process improvements were implemented, and Programme Manager at Utilitywise, focusing on regulatory change and continuous improvement projects. Previous experience at RWE npower involved pivotal roles in process improvement, operational readiness, and channel development, driving customer service and compliance in energy sectors. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Combined Arts from Northumbria University, complemented by A Levels from Heworth Grange.
