Manouk van Groeningen

Manouk van Groeningen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in recruitment, training, and consultancy. Currently serving as Manager Recruitment at Budget Thuis since February 2023 and simultaneously volunteering at De Regenboog Groep since 2018, Manouk has previously held roles at Coolblue as Trainer and Senior Talent Consultant, where responsibilities included training development and acting as a Business Partner for various management functions. Prior experience includes consulting at Ebbinge, leading marketing and communication at Respondenten.nl, and completing a management trainee program at ABN AMRO Bank. Manouk holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on marketing from the University of Amsterdam and has obtained various certifications, including an NLP Practitioner qualification.
