Saheed Abiodun Tiamiyu

Saheed Abiodun Tiamiyu has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Saheed Abiodun began their career in 2016 as an IT Support and Professional Exam Manager at New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. In this role, they were responsible for installing and maintaining software and hardware for IT certification exams, troubleshooting computer issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

In 2019, Saheed joined Tek Experts as a Microsoft 365 Technical Support Engineer L2, where they implemented Office365 solutions and provided support for Exchange Online infrastructure. Saheed Abiodun also managed user accounts and email content, handling customer inquiries through various communication channels.

Continuing their tenure at Tek Experts, Saheed was promoted to the role of Technical Lead in 2020, specializing in Microsoft 365 support. Saheed Abiodun led a team in supporting Exchange Online infrastructure for Microsoft Enterprise Professional Customers, while also training and mentoring junior staff members.

In 2020, Saheed took on the role of a Microsoft 365 Consultant and Trainer, using their expertise to assist clients in effectively utilizing the Microsoft 365 suite of tools.

Most recently, Saheed joined BudPay in 2023 as the IT Operations and Information Security Manager, applying their knowledge of IT operations and security practices to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's systems and safeguarding sensitive information.

Saheed Abiodun Tiamiyu obtained their B.Tech degree in Physics (Electronics) from the Federal University of Technology Akure, where they studied from 2009 to 2014. Saheed Abiodun also earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Physics from the same institution during the same period. Additionally, Saheed has obtained several certifications, including the SC-100: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect from Microsoft in February 2023. Saheed Abiodun also holds certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (obtained in August 2021), Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator (obtained in February 2021), Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (obtained in October 2020), and Aviatrix Certified Engineer: Multi Cloud Networking Associate (obtained in September 2020). Saheed has various other certifications, including those from Fortinet and Microsoft, with their most recent certification being Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate. Saheed Abiodun also holds additional certifications such as Certified Internet Marketing Practitioner (CIMP) and ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
