Afshin Shafa

Afshin Shafa is a highly experienced structural engineer currently serving as a Senior Associate at Buehler Engineering since September 2019, having previously held roles as an Associate Structural Engineer in the same company. Shafa's professional background includes positions at DES Architects + Engineers, KPFF Consulting Engineers, and I. S. Engineers, where expertise in structural analysis and project engineering was developed. Shafa's academic foundation includes a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and additional degrees in Structural Engineering and Civil and Environmental Engineering from Sharif University of Technology and Shiraz University, respectively.
