Jan Mundin

Jan Mundin has a diverse work experience, starting as a Business Development Intern at DZ BANK AG in 2013. They then worked as a Business Development Intern at STS Ventures GmbH and a Portfolio Strategist at Grameen Bank in 2014. In 2015, they were a Business Development Intern at audibene, where they established the company's presence in Thailand. Jan co-founded Likeyou in 2016, serving as the Co-Founder and CTO, and scaled their machine learning algorithm to serve 30k users. They later became a Venture Builder at Frankfurt School Blockchain Center, where they founded a successful marketing agency and managed a team of 6. In 2021, Jan participated in the BE7 Cohort program at Entrepreneur First and successfully graduated with their startup, Character. They then founded and served as the CEO of Character, a friend-finding app. In 2022, they joined Kubiya.ai as the Head of Growth, and in 2023, they became the Chief of Staff at Buena.

Jan Mundin earned their Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. During the 2015 summer semester, they also had the opportunity to participate in the Stanford Summer Session at Stanford University. Additionally, Jan completed an exchange semester at Chulalongkorn University in 2015, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
