Om D. started their career in 2015 as a Business Development Specialist at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) Information Center. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Sr. Manager Business Development at the same organization. In 2019, they moved to OYO as an Area Manager (Accounts & Supply). In 2021, they were appointed as Manager (Accounts & new Partnerships) at BUENO FINANCE INC.

Om D. completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University between 2013 and 2015.
