Lucila Grasso

Lucila Grasso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Quality Assurance and UX/UI design, currently serving as a Tester QA and Digital Designer at Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires since July 2008. In this role, Lucila is responsible for analyzing requirements, designing test cases, performing functional and manual testing, detecting and reporting bugs, documenting evidence, and managing tickets for a web/app system for medical and administrative license management. Additionally, Lucila has worked as a Graphic Designer in the Operational Management of Training and Communication, focusing on internal communication, institutional design, UX/UI design, and creating social media content. Previous experience includes serving as a Pension Analyst, managing employee notifications and electronic file processing in a labor and pension context. Lucila is currently pursuing a Graphic Design degree at the University of Buenos Aires and has completed specialized training in UX/UI design and manual testing through Coderhouse.
