Andrea Harden

Andrea Griffa Harden, SPHR, serves as the Director of Talent & Culture at Buffalo AKG Art Museum since May 2009 and has been the Owner & Lead Training Consultant at Harden Training Partners since November 2016. With extensive experience in Human Resources, Andrea previously worked as a Professional HR Consultant at Triple Track HR Partners and R.W. Miller Jr. & Associates, where responsibilities included compliance and strategic planning. Andrea held the position of Director of Human Resources at Definity Health and has a background as a Manager of Human Resources at Praxair and a Generalist at AirSep. Education includes an MBA in Human Resources from the University at Buffalo School of Management and participation in Leadership Buffalo’s Class of 2009.
