Manager Of School & Tour Programs at Buffalo AKG Art Museum

Lindsay Kranz is an experienced arts educator and program manager currently serving as the Manager of School & Tour Programs at Buffalo AKG Art Museum since October 2009. In this role, Lindsay oversees the Art'scool school tour program, welcoming around 18,000 visitors annually, and leads professional development for educators. As the Docent Coordinator, Lindsay manages a team of 40 docent volunteers, providing training and organizing events. Additionally, Lindsay holds leadership positions with NYSATA and APL, and presents at various conferences. Prior to the museum, Lindsay worked at Lake County Schools from July 2006 to June 2009 as an Art Teacher, where over 600 students were educated in art techniques and curriculum development was emphasized. Lindsay holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts for Children from SUNY Brockport.
