Amanda Buffalo, MBA has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. Amanda began their career at Apple as an iApps Support/Trainer/Coach in 2004. In 2007, they moved to Dell where they worked as a Retail Returns Account Manager. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Digital Motorworks as a Technical Data Analyst. Amanda then moved to Alchemy Systems as a Customer Support/SCORM Project Manager from 2011 to 2012. In 2012, they returned to Apple as a Senior Advisor/Quality Coach. Finally, from 2013 to present, they have worked at Buffalo Americas as a Support and Logistics professional, where they have identified improvement and profitability options, created a White Glove process, and traveled nationally to assess inventory control and implement warehouse processes.

Amanda Buffalo holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Phoenix, which they earned between 2013 and 2016. Amanda also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix, which they earned between 2009 and 2013.
