Corey Anco is the Willis McDonald, IV Curator of Natural Science at the Buffalo Bill Center of the West, where Corey oversees the day-to-day operations of the Draper Natural History Museum. Corey is also an Assistant Curator at the museum, focusing on research, collections, exhibits, and educational programming related to the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Corey previously worked as a Graduate Student Researcher at Fordham University, where Corey studied African leopards' genetic lineages. Additionally, Corey has experience as an Urban Ecologist at the Wildlife Conservation Society, Project Leader at the Bronx Zoo, Graduate Research Assistant at the American Museum of Natural History, and Coordinator at the National Geographic Society's Big Cats Initiative. Corey holds a Master of Science in Biology from Fordham University and a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment.
