Jennifer Forster

Jennifer Forster SPHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jennifer most recently served as the Human Resources Director at Buffalo Exchange starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Human Resources at Mister Car Wash from November 2019 to March 2023, and before that, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager from September 2017 to November 2019 at the same company.

Jennifer has also worked as the Human Resources Director at Buffalo Exchange from February 2008 to September 2017. Before joining Buffalo Exchange, they were employed at Tucson Unified School District, where they served as the EEO Compliance Officer from October 2006 to February 2008, and as a Human Resources Analyst from March 2001 to October 2006.

Furthermore, Jennifer worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Running Start from 2000 to 2001, and as a Human Resources Associate at The Hartford from August 1999 to February 2000.

Jennifer Forster SPHR earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management, which they attended from 1994 to 1997. In 2015, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Predictive Index Analyst from The Predictive Group, Inc. in 2008, as well as completing Leadership Training for Managers through Dale Carnegie Training. Jennifer also holds a certification as a Personal Success Facilitator from True Colors Intl.
