Jim Bauman worked at Fisher-Price, Inc. as a Principal Designer starting in 2023. Before that, they were the Director of Industrial Design at Buffalo Games, Inc. from October 2020. Jim worked at Fisher-Price for a significant part of their career, holding various roles such as Senior Design Manager for Imaginext & Rescue Heroes and Principal Product Designer. Jim also worked as a Staff and Senior Product Designer for the Boys Team, as well as an Associate Designer for the Infant Team. Throughout their career, Jim Bauman demonstrated expertise in developing innovative products, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Jim Bauman attended the University of Cincinnati from 1992 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design.
