Iris Danziger has a diverse work experience in the field of otolaryngology and head and neck surgery. Iris began their career as the Founding President of Amherst-Southgate ENT PLLC in 2003. In 1995, they became the Medical Director at the Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center. Simultaneously, in 1991, they started their own practice as an Otolaryngologist, specializing in head and neck surgery. Additionally, they held a role as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Jacobs School of Medicine since 1991. In 2019, they accepted the position of Secretary at the Buffalo Otolaryngology Society.

Iris Danziger's education history starts in 1982, when they attended the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. Iris completed their MD degree and graduated in 1986. Following that, they pursued a General Surgery Residency at Beth Israel Medical Center from 1986 to 1988. Finally, they specialized in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery and attended the University at Buffalo from 1988 to 1991.
