Marlena Lippa, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and recruitment. Currently serving as an HR Generalist at Buffalo Hearing and Speech Center since July 2014, Marlena administers benefit programs for over 250 employees and oversees various leave management processes.
