Joanne Malone

Joanne Malone has held a variety of roles in the finance and accounting industry since 1992. Joanne began their career as an Accounting Trainee at Knight Arnold Wall Ltd, where they studied for their AAT qualification. Joanne then moved to Senteq Information Systems as an Accounts Payable Specialist in 1997. In 1998, they took on the role of Peoplesoft GST Team Leader at John Fairfax Publications Pty Ltd., where they identified the business and technological requirements, developed a Gap Analysis and produced design specifications. In 2002, they became Business Office Manager at Malone Communications Inc. and then moved to US Global Ventures, Inc. in 2008 as Finance Manager, where they were responsible for preparing monthly Financial Statements, managing cash flow and recording and maintaining Fixed Assets Inventory. In 2014, they were promoted to Financial Controller at US Global Ventures, Inc., where they managed cash flow, cash flow forecasting, AR, AP and payroll, created detailed excel reports and analysis, prepared timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP, analyzed actual to budget variances, ensured financial compliance with lenders and developed internal guidelines, controls and practices. In 2016, they became Business Owner at JM International Enterprises and then moved to Buffalo Jackson Trading Co. in 2018 as Finance Manager. Most recently, they have held the role of Financial Controller at Craftom since 2020.

Joanne Malone obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Strayer University. Joanne also earned a certification from the Association of Accounting Technicians in 1992.
