Eric Mayer

Eric Mayer is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management and renovation. Currently serving as the Director of Construction & Renovation at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC since June 2023, Eric has a solid track record in overseeing large-scale hotel construction and renovation projects at Benderson Development, where employment began in February 2012. Eric's career also includes roles such as Project Superintendent at H&K Services and Project Coordinator/Operator at BSC Development, with initial experience as a Labor Manager. Eric holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University at Buffalo.
