Jennifer Ollari

Jennifer Ollari, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer began their career in 2011 at Wequassett Resort and Golf Club as a Guest Service Agent. From there, they joined Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. where they held various roles including Welcome Office Agent, Associate Development Program - HR, Sales and Marketing Coordinator, and Human Resources Coordinator. In 2017, Jennifer joined CPI Card Group as a Human Resources Generalist. Jennifer'smost recent position is with Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC, where they started in 2018 as a Corporate Training Manager and later transitioned to a Regional Human Resources Director role in December 2020. Jennifer's work experience showcases their expertise in HR and their ability to take on diverse responsibilities in the field.

Jennifer Ollari, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Jennifer then attended Nauset Regional High School from 2003 to 2007. In terms of additional education, Jennifer completed a Diversity & Inclusion for HR program at Cornell University from 2020 to 2021.
