Joe Tortolano

Joe Tortolano has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Joe began their career in 1999 at 19 19Taco Manufacturing as an R&D Engineering Technician, where they tested and improved products. Joe then worked as a Chief Engineer at Waterford Hotel Group, managing maintenance to Marriott standards. After that, they became the Director of Plant Operations at Benchmark Assisted Living, overseeing maintenance and housekeeping for multiple properties. Joe then served as the Senior Chief Engineer at Crowne Plaza Hotel Warwick & Holiday Inn Express Warwick. Most recently, they held the position of Assistant Director of Engineering at Omni Hotel Providence before becoming the Regional Director of Engineering at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC in 2020. Joe has extensive experience in managing maintenance, repairs, capital expenditures, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems.
