Natalia Osadtsiv

Natalia Osadtsiv is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Human Resources Assistant at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC since March 2023, Natalia manages the complete recruitment life cycle and represents the hotel at job fairs. Prior roles include HR Strategy Specialist at a private company, Head of HR Department at Rixos Prykarpattya, and HR Recruiter at another private company. Earlier career experiences include leading HR departments at VEEM-Holding and the Ukrainian Trading System. Natalia holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Drohobych Ivan Franko State Pedagogical University, a certification in Group Psychoanalysis from the Ukrainian Umbrella Association of Psychotherapists, and a Master's degree in Journalism from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv.
