Deborah Bauer

Deborah Bauer has a diverse and extensive work experience. Deborah started their career in 1996 as a Manager at Freed Maxick & Battaglia, CPAs. Deborah then moved on to Olean Medical Group, LLP in 2002, where they held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and eventually Chief Executive Officer until 2012. In 2012, they joined Buffalo Medical Group as their Chief Financial Officer. Their most recent role is as the Owner and VP of Finance at Arro Manufacturing LLC since 2017.

Deborah Bauer obtained their Bachelor's of Science degree in Accounting from Syracuse University from 1987 to 1991. Deborah further pursued their education and completed an EMBA in Masters in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York, between 2008 and 2010.
